The day was perfect at the ceremony site! Cloudy weather with a little sun breaking through. It turned out to be a beautiful day for a wedding. After the ceremony we all got in the limo and took off to Balboa Park, well what we decided and no one shared that information with the driver. Since I knew the couple really well I decided to tell the driver to head downtown just to make life a little more exciting. We got downtown, I took the couple with me and then the whole wedding party came along too, my thoughts – time to have some fun!!! They all had a blast following me around the streets of downtown. Here’s a glimpse of what spur of the moment looks like! What’s even more amazing we were hired two couples from Mike and Cherre’s wedding. Thank you guys for trusting us on your most important day of your life!

I had an incredible time with Ashley and Josiah on their engagement session. These two are amazing, full of excitement and ready to take on the world. Most of the time, I am the one that initiates crazy ideas during a shoot. This time, I think I met my match, not just one but both of them. They got me to crawl into a tight hole in the ground, scrape my knee, slipped into swampy seaweed, then loose my shoe in the process and watch them laugh at me, and take my camera and photograph my mishap (which no one will ever see), got my clothes all dirty, and shoot in pitch darkness while they kiss…I love it!! That’s PASION!!! Ashley and Josiah are real, fun and a joy to be around! You guys are a blast!!!

Eddie is by far the best photographer I have ever met. Josiah and I never knew we could have so much fun taking engagement photos. Eddie truly has the passion to capture the most adventurous, fun, and precious moments and bring out the true characters of each individual. We felt so comfortable around Eddie as he is a very down to earth, yet very professional photographer! Not only that, but God was EXTREMELY present through out the shoot. Eddie is an amazing steward of bringing the love, joy, and glory of God with him and it was evident during the engagement session. He has the whole package! Thanks Eddie for everything…it wasn’t just a photoshoot but more of a day that we will look back on and reminisce for the rest of our lives together here on earth! It was perfect! Yay God!
I am so behind in my blogging!!! Busy, busy, busy! Anyways, getting back to this blog. I had the pleasure of getting together with Cherre’ & Mike the other day for their e-session and I had an awesome time hanging out with them and getting to know the two of them. I’ve known Cherre’ for over a year and now I get to see her so excited about Mike. Now Mike, the quiet and low key musician had me fooled and it turns out he is just as much fun as Cherre’. They balance each other out well!
It was so funny when we got to the beach, Cherre’ looks at me and says, “I see the look in your eyes…you are up to something!” Which I responded, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” The truth of the matter, I had intended to be at the beach for just a few minutes. However, they, the lovely couple that they are, decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and the warm water and have some fun. I can say that this time, I had nothing to do with them getting wet. Now since they were already wet, I charmingly encouraged them to run into the waves. Nothing is more fun than jumping into the ocean with your clothes on! I love when couples give it their all and don’t hold back! Thanks Mike for being the instigator at the beach, LOL!!!

I have known Eddie and Jen since I started taking my walk with God seriously. Ever since then, Jen and Eddie have blessed me and many others time and time again! Their heart to please God and love others is their life mission…It is plainly evident by looking at their lives alone. It is no shock to me that their “Pasion” to beautifully capture the love that they live everyday comes as easily as it is to breathe. There is no striving with these amazing photographers. They have a gift. Ever since the photo shoot and the uploaded pictures, my family and friends have been ranting and raving about how BEAUTIFUL the photos are! If you use Jen and Eddie for your photo purposes…for ANY occassion, you will be MORE than pleased!! And you may even meet your new best friends…their friendship is contagious!
